I was hoping by now I would have some different news, but we are still diagnosing the issue that has kept grupthink.com under the weather. We still anticipate having a workaround established today, though, so keep checking back!

Update! 5:50pm Eastern
Today’s outtage appears to be rooted in a storage-related hardware failure. So, we’re moving the data to a new server and we expect it to be up and running in a couple hours.

On the “plus” side, we were planning on implementing the new database server, anyway, so we’re getting the upgrade sooner than expected. A faster database should translate into a faster Grupthink.
