Big performance boost today

After some increased traffic due to coverage over the weekend at http://daringfireball.net/ (thanks!), we quickly identified a major bottleneck to Grupthink page-load performance: generating the “Related Topics” that display on every topic page. We’ve now adjusted this algorithm a bit, and the site’s much faster now. Enjoy!
